Form recipients determined by field answers?

I have a client who is a psychologist. Some of their referrals come from different schools. The name of the school is one of the questions/fields, and is a drop down list of schools. Is it possible for the form to be sent to certain email addresses based on which of the schools they choose from the drop down? For example, if school B is chose, that form always gets sent to Dr. Smiths email address. Thank you for any info!

Hi!
This is very easy to do :) On the main form list, select Rules for the form you would like and then click on the Form Rules tab. There you can set criteria of who to send notification emails to based on form answers.
