Wufoo

The Activity Log shows you what's been happening in your Wufoo account. This is really useful if you have multiple users in your account and need to track down when something occurred.

To get to your Activity Log:

  1. Log in to your Wufoo Account
  2. At the top of the page,
    • If you're using legacy Wufoo, click Account.
    • If you're using the new Wufoo experience, click your username then click Account Settings.
  3. In the upper-right corner of the page, click the Activity Log button.

TIP! You can view the Activity Log for the account if you're the Account Creator or an Admin. If you're a User in a Wufoo account, you don't have access to the Activity Log.

We store the type of activity, the date and time it occurred, the name of the user, and an overview on what happened. While we track when edits were made to a form, entry, theme, or report, we don't log the exact edits that were made to a form—just that it was edited.

When you're in the Activity Log, look at the legend on the right side of the page to see the colors we use to categorize different types of activities. You can filter by type of activity using the drop-down menu above the legend.
