Keep Your Sales Leads On the Right Page with OnePage CRM & Wufoo

By Kayte Korwitts · April 10th, 2013

Everyone loves to be on the same page, right? Right! Especially if you’re a small business owner when you need to make sure the folks on your team are all in sync with your customers’ needs. You already know that keeping track of new sales leads can mean the difference between sinking or swimming and so our latest partnership with OnePage CRM - based in Ireland - makes us feel pretty lucky indeed (we couldn’t resist!) over here at Wufoo.

OnePage CRM gives you a clean and simple interface to work with that lets you focus on what really matters in your business - sales actions. With the added punch of our Webhook API, you’ll have more than luck on your side when it comes to capturing those leads.

To Use This Integration

  1. You’ll need an account with Wufoo and one with OnePage CRM. Wufoo has both free and paid plans and click here to see which of OnePage CRM’s plans will work best for you.

  2. Create a form in Wufoo and you’ll see that OnePage automatically matches the standard Wufoo fields. You can also add existing Custom Fields as long as you match the fields’ labels in both apps.

  3. Connect Wufoo to OnePage CRM. Head to Wufoo > Forms > Select form and click on Notifications for this form:

Send Notification to Another Application and select Webhook from the dropdown then click “Add integration”:

Next, go to the Wufoo configuration page back on OnePage. In Step 2 below, you’ll need to copy both the Webhook URL as well as the Handshake Key.

Return to your Wufoo Notification Settings page. Paste both the Webhook URL and the Handshake Key you copied from OnePage into the Webhook URL and Handshake Key:

Be sure to check the box labeled, “Include Field and Form Structures with Entry Data”. Then click Save.

Configure data capture in OnePage CRM. You can set the default parameters for leads gathered via web form:

You’re all set! Need another run-through? Watch the video below:

Highest of high-fives to Anna Narolska-Cielecka from OnePage CRM’s dev team for getting this integration together. If you’re looking to integrate your web app with Wufoo, be sure to check out our Ultimate Guide to Integrating with Wufoo.

Answer the Leads Tapping at your Door with Raven and Wufoo Integration

By Kate Brennan · August 29th, 2012

Once upon a midnight dreary, I pondered CRM theory,
Over the confusion of leads to track and store.
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
Raven integrated with Wufoo and said, “Nevermore!”.

We’re happy to announce that Raven has launched a new Contact Relationship Manager (CRM) tool for SEO and social media that incorporates leads from Wufoo.

Whether the goal is SEO link building, social media influencer outreach or lead followup, it’s now easier to manage and track those relationships with Raven and Wufoo. Perhaps with Raven, Mr. Poe’s Lenore would not have been lost.

To Use This Integration

  1. You’ll need an account on Wufoo as well as one on Raven. Wufoo has both free and paid plans and Raven offers a 30-day free trial.

  2. Create a form on Wufoo or add one to your account from our gallery, including the appropriate lead information for your Raven campaigns.

What if you could automatically add leads into your CRM system directly from your website? amoCRM and Wufoo have integrated to help you do just this.

Instead of wasting time manually entering leads into your CRM, the Wufoo integration automatically adds contacts to your amoCRM system when someone fills out your Wufoo form! From there you can assign tasks to yourself (or others) to nurture your new leads.

So stop wasting time, get started with amoCRM and nurture away!

To Use This Integration

  1. You’ll need an account on Wufoo as well as one on amoCRM. Wufoo has both free and paid plans and amoCRM offers a 30-day free trial.

Thanks to Roman Feygenberg and the team at amoCRM for their work on this integration! If you’re interested in integrating your web app with Wufoo, check out our Ultimate Guide for Integrating with Wufoo.

Zapier Connects Wufoo to Dozens of Web Applications

By Kate Brennan · August 6th, 2012

One stop shops are similar to the proverbial unicorn - often talked about, but rarely seen. Zapier is doing its part to tame this mysterious creature.

The company bridges the gap between Wufoo and dozens of other web applications that we don’t yet integrate natively. For example, with Zapier, it’s easy to send Wufoo form entries to your AIM chat window, or to Zendesk to create tickets, or to Basecamp to create to do items and even to AWeber to build a subscriber list. Suddenly the notion of a one stop shop isn’t so far fetched.

Want to integrate one of your favorite web applications with Wufoo, but don’t have the engineering horsepower or time to get it done? There is most likely a Zap for that.

To Use This Integration

  1. You’ll need an account on Wufoo and Zapier as well as one on the web application with which you want to integrate. Wufoo has both free and paid plans and Zapier has a 14-day free trial.

  2. Create a form on Wufoo or start with a template from our form gallery.

  3. Check out these written instructions and watch this video to see how easy it is to integrate that form with another app, like Zendesk, using Zapier:

Thanks to Wade Foster and the team at Zapier for their work on this integration! If you’re interested in integrating your web app with Wufoo, check out our Ultimate Guide for Integrating with Wufoo.
